« Interesting idea (friendly competition) - will be keen to hear your thoughts/opinions; the two systems have very different philosophies, one aimed at real-time « 1-per-country » info and the other aimed at massive scale (« 1-per-every-visitor » stored over time).

« Hello Marc,

Date of comment: 2005-09-11 11:30 •Thank you for your visit, it’s nice to see the designers of such a nifty piece of software take interest in what happens to their baby. I think you summarized the differences between Geoloc and ClustrMaps pretty well. I’ll probably just keep both, they complement each other perfectly. Unless you come up with a real-time presence indication too

« it is clustrmap that gets vote from my side. Things i don’t like about geoloc:
Date of comment: 2005-12-08 07:52 •- it is for french only
- the background map is crappy
- No zoom in available
- too flashy for my taste :) »
