The darkest hour Coriolistic Anachronisms - A Vancouver Blog

Hi, I'm your friendly Coriolibot (as in "ro-bot").

It would seem Vince (shame on him) hasn't posted a fresh entry in a couple of days, so I am here to keep you entertained no matter what!

The post below is a random entry that we hope you haven't read before. Regular current entries follow. Enjoy, and come back soon for brand new posts!

Note: this random entry is served on a per-visit basis and will change if you reload the page. It will also not show up on regular RSS, Feedburner and Twitter feeds.

Random Entry: A painful reality check

Vintage! This is a random post. The year was 2005...

76! That’s the number of countries from which this - very - modest web site has received at least a visit, according to Geoloc’s statistics (that’s for the entire site, not only the blog.) It’s amazing, and quite embarrassing. I’m going to have to learn a few more languages. In the meantime, my most humble and enthusiastic salutations to everybody. Thank you for visiting, however brief your stay. I hope you find something in here that will make you smile or travel a little.

¡Gracias y saludos!

We now go back to current chronological entries:
Feb 8
)arrow )It comes just before dawn, so long after the light once disappeared, it seems as if darkness will never end. The air is cold and brisk and hard. My eyes are unseeing and I walk like a blind man, arms extended, probing the night. Tiny obstacles make me stumble and often manage to throw me to the ground. I fumble and hesitate. Sleep is elusive or agitated. Dreams get populated with monsters and my heart weakens.
Where do I seek the light?
What if sunrise never came?
It’s the darkest hour.)cquote

into your soul, where your strenght
and wisdom hide, waiting for your call
    waiting for your awakening. »
