I believe Stanley Park no longer needs a proper introduction on this blog. It’s my favorite
downtown playground, two blocks from home, a world of its own, Vince’s wonderland, my own tiramisu spot.
After having strolled down the avenues of Central Park last month with Marie as the prettiest guide ever, this week it was my turn to lead us around the Seawall, through the many trails and back out to civilization. Stanley Park, a little bigger, feels more deserted than its New York cousin. The chickadees were shy and we didn’t spot a single harbour seal. The leaves, however, were at the peak of their seasonal glory...
