Besides the outrageous $4.00-fee ATM machine next door and the ridiculous wait line that sometimes stretches 30 or 40 people down the street, here is my reason for boycotting the all-too-famous Grimaldi’s Pizza in Brooklyn. I tend to think that a restaurant’s kitchen ethics can be gauged by their bathroom maintenance policy. Would you really want this to be the care given to your oven-baked pizza?
